A MetricMind membership is a one-time purchase of digital content. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
How to request a refund
Email benjamin@metricmindfantasy.com from the address you used to purchase, within 7 days of your purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 7 days
Because membership grants immediate access to the full rankings, cheat sheet, and written analysis, we generally don't issue refunds after the 7-day window. If something went genuinely wrong — a duplicate charge, a failed purchase, content you were unable to access — contact us and we'll make it right regardless of timing.
Duplicate or unrecognized charges
If you see a charge you don't recognize or were billed more than once, email us before disputing it with your bank. We'll resolve it faster than a chargeback will.
